ASEAN Rohingya Center is a non-profit think tank NGO based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia specialised in the Rohingya issues in Myanmar, Bangladesh and Malaysia. It originated from Inter-Asean Parliamentary Caucus on Pro-Democracy Myanmar in 2004.

OBJECTIVE: ARC is dedicated to advocate for the rights of the Rohingya people by providing a platform whereby forum and dialogue on Rohingya issues can be addressd such as pursuing outreach activities eg: organising seminars, conferences, colloquiums, workshops, networking events, publication and dissemination of information. In other words ARC will provide intellectual forum to nurture and promote Rohingya issues.

APPROACH: ARC will function as a think tank, research promoter and social incubator. It conducts research, advocacy and events; including commissioned research, provides consultation and training services to the governmental and non-governmental organisation on Rohingya issues. ARC also provides capacity building through training and education for Rohingya refugees in ASEAN and Bangladesh.
